We are looking for a proactive, reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a fast-paced start-up environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Taking ownership of the sales process for a dedicated market segment and orchestrating it with Marketing, LeadGen and Customer Success Management
Gaining a deep understanding of the challenges within your customers Procurement Processes and providing a compelling state of the art SaaS Solution
Closing the first pilots and upselling deals to establish a framework to enable long term business growth
Identification of the decision-makers in the company and acquisition of new sales opportunities
Implementation of all sales activities in your customer area
Pro-active, initial contact by telephone or in writing with potential customers
You understand the needs of our customers and always come up with new ideas to communicate with them
Presenting our solutions online and onsite to our customers
Development of the existing leads of our startup
Qualifications and Skills
Min. 4-5 Years of profound B2B sales experiences in Enterprise (SaaS-Software)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
You are goal-oriented, structured and strong in closing
Winning a customer is the ultimate feeling for you
A “no” from a potential customer is the biggest motivation for you to keep trying
Experiences in the field of procurement, purchasing, and negotiation is a great plus
Experience in dealing with senior and middle management as a customers
You have the ability to communicate at executive level and navigate corporate environments
Experience with CRM systems (we use Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
Experience with social selling (especially with LinkedIn) would be also great
Experience within the SAP Ecosystem S4Hana SAP Ariba is also a big plus
Very good written and spoken English skills (German Nice to Have)
