Customer Experience Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our Customer Success Team.The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a fast-paced start-up environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead customer support initiatives, including the creation of engaging explainer videos and the implementation of a state-of-the-art NLU customer platform.
  • You’ll be instrumental in optimising and streamlining our customer success processes and play a key role in improving the entire customer journey and ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Conduct thorough functional testing within our systems to ensure their usability and effectiveness for our valued customers.
  • You will coordinate closely with senior management and proactively drive tasks that result from strategic milestones and priorities.
  • Support internal projects such as process documentation, funding applications, grants, accelerator programmes, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German, English and Bulgarian.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a start-up or tech environment, is not essential but considered advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and good time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows and develops
